Since from the very beginnings of the Coffee Sensor journey, we chose to be better day by day. This means that we DON’T SETTLE FOR ANYTHING. Since we created our first product: the Universal Adapter and Thermometer for the E61 coffee machines, we improved our adapter’s design right the next year. We created and tested our own prototype and after that, offered the final product for sale. Next period of time, were very careful about our client’s feedback and we decided to make another change in better, with a new adapter design. Now Coffee Sensor main website means more then 500 products and still growing. We hope CLASSIC MODS will have the same growth and development, with His and your help.

Coffee Sensor® brand, company and website were founded back in 2017. That is when we started designing and shipping our very first product for the E61 coffee machines: the universal E61 temperature sensor. Me and my wife were working all day long to ship that product worldwide with very good results right from the very beginning of our journey. It was only a matter of time when we will create this new product of Coffee Sensor®: CLASSIC MODS website, fully dedicated for the iconic Gaggia coffee machine that is the Classic model. We had a lot of requests to try and make great and useful products for this gorgeous machine also, not just for the E61 or our La Pavoni niche. Proud that a lot of these units are actually made here in Romania.
